Behind the Scenes 2021

2021 was our busiest year yet—and we had a blast! Weddings, engagements, family portraits, travel (LOTS of travel!), and of course…moving across the country to Nashville, TN! So to wrap up a full year of photography with the sweetest couples and families, we decided it was time for our first ever Behind the Scenes blog post!
So much of what we share on the blog and on social media is ‘the final product’: the images we deliver in the final gallery. But anyone who isn’t a part of the wedding or session didn’t get to see everything that goes into making those final, frameable images! So today, we are taking you ‘behind the scenes’ into some of our favorite moments and memories from 2021. Now you will get to see what it’s like on the other side of our camera while we hang out together and capture your joy during life’s sweetest moments! Check it out 🙂
While collecting the images for his blog post, I was reminded of one of the biggest reasons I love this job—I get to do it with Beau. He makes every wedding day, every session, every client meeting, SO fun. He is the reason we started our business back in 2019, and I would never, ever want to do it without him.
He carries ALL our gear, and brings the BEST moves to the dance floor (camera in hand)!
He is an expert at rounding up your guests for group photos…
…and he is always there to save our brides from a bug and straighten her veil!
But at the end of the day, we have so much fun capturing YOUR memories together. From documenting your beautiful details…
…to taking magazine worthy test shots so we know if the light is perfect for you…
…to capturing every special moment…
And we LOVE showing you how amazing YOU look!
