French Blue Wedding at Birchwood

Caroline and Tanner’s french blue wedding at Birchwood was filled with beautiful, timeless details and sweet, tearful moments that we were so honored to capture.

When we arrived at Birchwood the morning of the wedding day, we walked around in awe while Logan and her team (Violet and Vines) prepared the space. It was evident immediately that Caroline has impeccable taste! From the beautiful vintage silver trays used during cocktail hour, to their stunning custom invitation suite, to the incredible reception design complete with not one, but two(!) amazing cakes, we could see the careful thought and care that went into each part of their day.

One of our favorite personal touches was the a custom seal made with their initials that adorned and tied together many details throughout their day, including all the stationary, cocktail napkins and cups, and cake. Such a small but thoughtful touch that really elevated their wedding day design and details.

But despite all the little things that made this day so beautiful, our favorite thing was getting to witness and capture their first look. Tanner couldn’t hold back his tears when he first saw his bride. And then the couple exchanged private vows and took time to wash each other’s feet, symbolizing their commitment to honor and serve one another through their marriage.

We were once again so happy to work with Violet and Vines. Logan’s team does an amazing job keeping the day organized and on schedule, and making sure not only the bride and groom are well taken care of, but all the vendors involved, too.

Congratulations, Caroline and Tanner! We are so excited for you two to begin this adventure as husband and wife. Your wedding day was so perfect, and we hope you treasure these photos for years to come!
