Sage and Blush Gerry Ranch Wedding

“I found my wedding shoes!” Michelle proudly announced to Jordan over the phone. She bought her wedding boots in Nashville after only dating Jordan for a few short months. When she called him and shared about her recent purchase, he handled it like a champ. “Cool!” He must have known early on, like Michelle, that they would get married someday 🙂

Sure enough, Michelle saved those boots in their original box for years and didn’t wear them until their wedding day last month. The first time Jordan ever saw them was during their first look when she proudly showed them off.

We absolutely love every wedding day that we get to be a part of. It’s an honor and a joy to capture every couple’s love story and celebrate with them on one of the biggest days of their lives. However, Michelle and Jordan’s wedding day will always hold a special place in our hearts. These two overcame so much in the last year to get to this day. They endured the losses of loved ones and the grief that followed. And as if that alone wasn’t enough, their original wedding was cancelled less than a week before their date. Because they have overcome so may obstacles this year, there was even more anticipation and excitement surrounding this day than any wedding day we have been a part of.

With the help and coordination of Jaclyn Carrillo, everything came together so beautifully for this day. Surrounded by avocado trees and blueberry fields, Gerry Ranch felt like something straight out of a country song. The gorgeous florals by Yamaguchi Flowers, the adorable cake and dessert table by Sweet Art Bake Shop, and all the beautiful details brought an elegance to the rustic charm the venue provides. And to tie it all together, Michelle and Jordan’s highlight was taking pictures with the green tractor on the property. To which Michelle sang the famous line by Jason Aldean, “I can take you for a ride on my big green tractor!”

Michelle and Jordan, it has been such a joy to get to know you and walk alongside you through the ups and downs of this year. We feel so blessed to not only call you an A and B Couple, but also our friends. We are so happy for you two, and we are so thankful we finally got to celebrate your marriage! Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Cox!
