Hannah and Kyle are high school sweethearts who have been dreaming about their wedding day for, wait for it…6 years!! They dated from two different high schools, and then Hannah went out of state for college. So these few months of their engagement have been the only months that weren’t somewhat ‘long distance’ for them! Beau and I only dated 1 year long distance and then 3 more in the same city, and we thought that was tough enough! So we completely understand how anxious these two are to begin their forever together.
Unfortunately, after their dream of an engagement in the Sierra Nevadas, wedding planning has not been so fun. With COVID restrictions making it difficult to make decisions and book anything for their big day, these two needed a fun escape from it all!
We always tell our couples to think out of the box for your engagement session and to pick a place that maybe holds a special meaning for the two of you. Hannah and Kyle will be getting married at the Bel Air Bay Club this January, and while they are so excited for their beach wedding, they both really love the mountains. After all, Kyle did propose in the mountains! So they knew for their engagement photos that they wanted to go on a little adventure. The pair suggested the Angeles National Forest and we were so excited to explore a new place!
We had a blast in the mountains and forest with these two. While you can tell that they love and adore each other, what shows the brightest is the true friendship they share. They just love being together!
Hannah and Kyle, it was so fun spending time with you in person (finally!!) and we could not be more excited for the day you get to say ‘I do’ and say goodbye to the distance between you! We are over the moon happy for you two!
